FOUNDED BY PETER GIANNAKOPOULOS IN 1989 Peter got into the pizza business at 15 and quickly realized he’d found his passion. Just two years later he opened his first pizzeria. After a few moves and name changes, Peter was inspired by his niece, Nitza, to rename his business after her. In her honour, Nitza’s welcomes all guests as if they are part of the family. And our family believes in giving back! Nitza’s has always been an avid community supporter, involved in numerous school and sport programs.
